Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 April 2026

This page explains the cookies we may set on businesscommonsense.co.uk and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They let sites remember things about your visit — such as whether you've already been asked for consent.

Our approach

We do not set any cookies by default. Marketing cookies are set only if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Cookies we may use

CookiePurposeDurationCategory
_fbp Set by Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and attribute Meta-sourced traffic. Up to 90 days Marketing (consent required)
_fbc Set by Meta Pixel when you arrive via a Meta ad click, to match the click to later activity. Up to 90 days Marketing (consent required)

Meta (Facebook) may also set additional cookies on its own domain (facebook.com) when the Pixel is loaded. These are controlled by Meta — see the Meta Cookies Policy.

We also use a small piece of browser storage called bcs-consent (localStorage, not a cookie) to remember your choice on the cookie banner. This is strictly necessary to avoid asking you on every page and does not require consent.

How to change your choice

Use the button below, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
